About Javea

Situated on the east coast of Spain, Javea is a delightful family friendly resort which offers sunshine and a warm-climate all year-round. There are three main areas of Javea, these are:

The Arenal

A very accessible location for wheelchair users. This popular area is a haven for tourists with its beautiful Blue-Flag sandy beaches.

The promenade itself is perfect for wheelchair users with access to many of the shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and ice-cream parlours that sit on the edge of the beach. For those looking for the true beach experience, Javea has wheelchair access to the beach. Changing facilities for the disabled are also available in the high season.

The Port

This busy working fishing port is active in the high-season and you can get the chance to sample the fish in the local restaurants while relaxing in the tranquil surroundings watching the boats and yachts as they go about their daily business.
